RED CROSS BAPTIST CHURCH

DIRECTIONS: Red Cross Baptist Church is located in Climax off of Highway 22 on Monda Road. From Areas North of Archdale, access I-85 South toward Charlotte and take exit 113. Areas South of Archdale, take I-85 North and take exit 113. Turn right onto Highway 62 and travel 13 miles. Take a right on Highway 22 and travel 3 miles. The church is on the right.

John Manley Briles was born May 15, 1898 and passed away on December 9, 1966. He is the son of George and Tabitha PARRISH Briles. He was married to Pearl Hinson. John Manley Briles is a United States Veteran.


CRESTVIEW

DIRECTIONS: Crestview Cemetery is located on 6850 University Pkwy in Rural Hall, NC which is outside of Winston- Salem. From All areas: access I-40 West toward Winston. Take US-52 N via exit number 193B toward Mt. Airy. Take the UNIVERSITY PKWY NORTH exit- exit number 115A- toward RURAL HALL/ STANLEYVILLE, then Merge onto UNIVERSITY PKWY and travel 3 miles.

Fred Perry Briles was born on July 4, 1924 and passed on Dec. 1, 1996. He is the son of Ernest Michael and Cora CAIN Briles. He was a retired NC Highway Patrolman. He was married to Melba FRAZIER Briles.



MT. CARMEL

DIRECTIONS: On the north side of Parker Road, just east of the intersection of Parker Road with Mt. Carmel Church Road, 1.4 miles south on Mt. Carmel Church Road from its intersection with Rte 15-501 south of Chapel Hill. Sign to left at intersection.

Clara Mae BLACKWOOD Briles was born October 12, 1912 and passed away on January 7, 1987. She was married to Fred Cecil Briles who is the son of George and Tabitha PARRISH Briles. Fred Cecil died in September of 1986 in Sout Carolina. The BIN is in the process of obtaining Clara's obituary.
